LITTLE GREEN CARS the Very Excellent Rock Band From Dublin, Ireland Is  Parking It.  Yep, they have decided to disband. The band made it clear it was done so without drama. This is a parting on good terms.

WE as fans have their music as a true treasure. This musical vehicle was a powerful one with an engine loaded with talent, passion and promise.

WE will keep OUR ears opened to what the individual members do next.

THE 3 MEN AND SHARKS JOKE

Three men were stranded on an island. One day a passenger ship saw their fire signal. A lifeboat was dispatched. The 3 men were thrilled!

A little too excited. They decided to swim towards the rescue boat.

The first man made it halfway. Sharks got him. The second man went for it. He went a bit more than half way. Sharks attacked and that was it!

The third man swam out. The sharks made way for him. He made it to the lifeboat. The man at the oars was stunned. How did you do it?

The rescued fellow explained that the men that failed to reach safety were a plumber and a pastor.

He was a lawyer.

The sharks had allowed him to proceed out of Professional Courtesy!

The lights glide against the wall of my bedroom as vehicles splash down the road on a dark rainy Monday morning!
7:22 A.M.
The old 6:22 a.m.
That's why it is still dark.
The birds are happily singing.
The chirp is not too loud.
It is natural and rhythmic.
I rest before I rise.
Grateful to GOD that I am still with life.

I HAVE

I have accepted what cruel life has given me.

I just do not want to sour any psyches.

I was counting my pennies in the dark
When I should've been counting my blessings.
I was cussing under my breath

BIRTHDAY BAGEL AND LEMONADE

I turned 56 years old today. Usually, I feel shiny and brand new. Energized. Even when I hit my 40's. It had been that way last year when I hit the speed limit of 55!

This year I felt my 56! Why? A rough night is the primary suspect! It did not help that my birthday of March 10, 2019 ushered in the Spring Forward Time Change! Lose an hour! Never Ever Fun!

I will be happy with a bagel and ginger in my lemonade! No cake. I gave up sweets and snacks for Lent. There's a challenge!

I am thankful to GOD that I am still around! Good health and happiness are fab gifts!

JUKEBOX JOURNAL: THE HOOTERS

Cuevas Mexican Food Restaurant in McAllen, Texas was open 24 Hours round the clock. It had killer delicious Mexican Comida! Their giant flour tortillas were to die for!

One night WE rolled into Cuevas for an early breakfast at 1:00 AM. Bobby and Billy were bartenders at the Harmony Lounge where their uncle danced. He would dance last after all the girls had their whirl! The rowdies were bombed out of their skulls. Little did they notice the Last Ultimate Platinum Blonde.

WE ordered breakfast. I hit the Jukebox! It was a beautiful one! All shiny! All Flashy! The one song I wanted to hear was "And We Danced" by THE HOOTERS!
Their sound was hard charging straight forward rock and roll! This band sounded even better Live! Working class mode rockorama!

"And We Danced" was lyrically tough and tumble. No bubblegum vibe here! The music was #SavageOn!

R. Kelly is in hot water for allegedly having sex with underage females. He could possibly go to prison.

Supposedly, Ted Nugent was into underaged girls. Did he ever get charged?
Stories about the bigot guitar wiz have poisoned the atmosphere.

The difference is that Nugent has no accusers. Plus the law is not after him.
